When does half-day start?
Noon.

What is your discount for seniors? 
Seniors aged 71 and over ski free on any day.

When is night skiing?
There is currently no night sking planned for the 2016/17 season. 

How old do I need to be to rent ski or snowboard equipment?
Youth aged 18 and under must have an adult sign for their rentals. Parents, please do not drop your children off without visiting the rental shop first. We do not require a credit card to rent, but you must present valid ID.

Will you have a terrain park this year?
FREAKIN RIGHT! Massive new jump line plus the Ruckus Line of boxes and rails.

What discount do I get with my season pass from another ski hill?
Usually, you will receive 25% off your full-day ticket when you present your current season pass card/id. Not all other ski resorts may be participating in our reciprocal program.

What is a student?
Students are those 18 years and older that are attending an education institution. To receive your discount, you must present a VALID student card proving you are CURRENTLY enrolled.

When can I ski with the season pass I bought this year?
Any time we're open, including nights.

I want to take lessons. What do I do?
It's recommended you book ahead at least a day or two for your lesson to guarantee instructor availability. There may not always be an instructor available for drop-ins. Phone 250-963-7542.
Please arrive for your lesson a minimum of 30 mins before your start time to allow for your rental equipment set-up. Upon arrival at the Lodge, check in upstairs at the ticket booth before getting your rentals.

How much is it to ski or rent equipment or take lessons?

I want to teach skiing or snowboarding. Will you hire me? 
We only hire instructors that have their Level 1 CASI or CSIA Instructor Certifications. If you do not know what these are, chances are good you are not certified.
